From Kasr Al-Ainy to the code editor, one idea that has not changed.

I am Mohamed Maslooh: a medical intern at Kasr Al-Ainy, a creator with 35M+ views, and the founder of ADAMAX. I build AI tools that start in Arabic instead of being translated into it.

Three acts, one idea.

It started at Kasr Al-Ainy.

Five years at Cairo University School of Medicine, and now the clinical internship across Kasr Al-Ainy Hospitals: internal medicine, surgery, OB/GYN, pediatrics and emergency. Every department teaches you its own dialect for writing a case, and all of them converge on the same rule: what is not documented did not happen.

That is where I learned that precise documentation saves lives, and that the tools doctors use deserve to be smarter than pen and paper. The research methodology I was trained in turned into a habit that never left me: start from the real problem, not from the clever solution.

Then I explained tech in simple terms.

I started sharing my passion for technology, phones and AI in plain Arabic anyone can follow. It compounded faster than I expected: 35M+ views, around 92K followers across platforms, and a single video past 7 million. On TikTok alone that is 56.3K followers, on Instagram 23K with multiple reels past a million, and on YouTube 12.6K subscribers and about 6.5M views.

Every video runs through scripting, filming, an edit in DaVinci Resolve and an Arabic headline, which is how I ended up understanding platforms the way I understand an editor. Along the way I found the gap that redirected everything: plenty of people talk about tech and AI, and very few actually build it.

So I started building.

I founded ADAMAX on a single observation: the strongest models in the world already understand Arabic well, but the applications built on them are designed for someone typing in English. We do not build the models. We build the missing Arabic layer on top of them.

That turns into three commitments I will not trade away. Arabic-first, not Arabic-also: design starts in Arabic instead of being translated into it. Privacy as a promise: we never train on your data and never keep what we do not need. And pricing set for the income of this region, not copied from the US market. The first product is called Anis, and the rest of what I build sits between the clinic and the code editor.
